ARTIST

✧ I retain all the copyrights to the artwork that is commissioned unless an extra fee is payed for the copyright

✧ I have the right to refuse any commission

✧ I have the right to share the finished artworks, WIPs, or cropped versions on my social media accounts, except for commercial use works yet to be released or if you paid an extra fee for the private use of my work

CLIENT:

✧ Must be over the age of 18

✧ If posted anywhere, you must credit me by tagging my social media handle unless it is a work for hire

✧ Only the watermarked versions will be posted

✧ You may not claim my artwork as your own

✧ You are prohibited from uploading and editing any commissioned artwork into AI programs

✧ You are not allowed to sell commissioned art as an NFT

✧ Any commercial projects must read through and sign a contract that I will provide for you

PAYMENT & REFUNDS:

✧ Payment will be in USD via PayPal ( If payment is over $500 I may ask that it be split into two separate payments to avoid high PayPal fees)

✧ Other payment forms such as Zelle or Venmo can be discussed if necessary

✧ Payment can be done two different ways:
   - Payment in full up front
   - 50% at the start and 50% after the line art & colors

✧ The invoice must be paid within two weeks or the commission will be canceled. I will not start on the commission until payment is sent!

✧ The only time a full refund is possible is if I haven't started on the commission yet (or a first sketch hasn't been sent)

✧ If you do not want to move forward after the first sketch then you will be refunded 50%.
